Who actually visits my restaurant?A vetted evaluator, briefed on your venue and on what you want checked. They book, order and pay like an ordinary guest, and they do not identify themselves. No public review is left – the report goes to you only.

What is in the report?The same sections every time: booking and arrival, greeting and service, timings from order to plate, the food as served, cleanliness and bathrooms, the bill and payment, and the delivery order where one is included. Photos, and video where it can be filmed discreetly, when you have agreed to them in advance.

What does the price cover, and what is billed separately?The package price covers briefing the visitor, the visit itself and the report. Visit expenses (the order itself) are billed separately at cost. You agree the spend per visit with us before it happens.

Can you cover my location and my delivery orders?Send us your restaurant name and city and we will confirm availability for that address by email. Delivery visits are placed through the platforms you already use.
