Bought outright in the UK, a restaurant website is usually a one-off build fee in the low thousands, plus hosting, plus a charge every time you need something changed. We do it as a subscription instead: £99 a month, with the build, hosting, SSL and unlimited edits all included. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

We start the same day you send your menu and photos, and sites typically go live within three to five days. The slow part is usually waiting on content from your side, not the build.

While you subscribe you have a licence to use it, and we host and maintain it. We do not hand over source code as part of the monthly fee. After seven continuous months you can request a transfer of the custom parts to your own hosting, subject to the conditions in our Terms.

No long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Your site stays live until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and we hand over your own content and assets.

Yes. We rebuild on our own stack rather than patching an old site, and we keep your existing address, your content and anything that is already ranking. There is no downtime during the switch.
