The problem no one talks about

You're being punished for things that aren't your fault.

Meanwhile, your rating drops. You appear lower in search. You lose orders to the restaurant next door – not because their food is better, but because their number is higher.

The courierA courier left the food on the wrong doorstep – you get 1 star.
The platformA customer waited 50 minutes because the platform couldn't find a rider – you get 1 star.
A bad daySomeone had a bad day and took it out on your review – you get 1 star.
GoogleA customer couldn't find your restaurant or book a table on Google – you get 1 star.
A competitorA competitor buys fake reviews and outranks you in search – you lose customers.
We know the rulesEvery platform has policies that allow unfair reviews to be disputed and removed. We know exactly how to use them to protect your rating and get you back to the top of search results.

What we actually do

Dispute unfair reviewsWe monitor every new negative review on your profile. If it's about delivery delays, courier issues, or anything outside your kitchen – we flag it for removal under the platform's own policies. Pre-existing reviews can be removed at £75 each, invoiced only once a review is actually taken down.
Respond to every reviewA professional, well-written response to a negative review doesn't just help with the person who left it – it shows every future customer that you care. We write responses that turn complaints into trust.
Delivery order testingWe place real test orders through every platform you're listed on – checking packaging, temperature, accuracy, and presentation. You get a detailed report on exactly what's reaching your customers and where orders go wrong.
Build your path to better reviewsHappy customers don't leave reviews. Unhappy ones do. We help you fix the things that create unhappy customers – so that your natural review flow starts trending positive.

How it works

Step 01Audit & immediate actionWe audit your profiles across Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Google Maps. We identify every review that qualifies for dispute. Step 02Dispute, respond, optimiseWe dispute unfair reviews on Google and delivery platforms. We respond professionally to every review on Google Maps. We SEO-optimise your Google Business Profile and improve or rebuild your website so customers find you before your competitors.
Step 03Ongoing growthContinuous monitoring of new reviews, disputes, and responses. Regular delivery order testing across every platform you are listed on. Monthly reports showing your rating trajectory and competitive positioning. We keep pushing until you outrank your competitors.

What we don't do

We believe this matters enough to say it clearly:

We don't write fake reviews. Not ever. Not through friends, family, or paid reviewers. Under the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, fake reviews are a banned practice and businesses that use them face serious penalties.
We don't pay for reviews. No incentives, no vouchers, no "leave us 5 stars and get a free starter." This violates every platform's terms and can get you suspended.
We don't ask customers to remove reviews. That's against Deliveroo's partner policies and we respect them.
Our approachWhat we do is make your food and service genuinely better, remove the reviews that shouldn't be there in the first place, and let the numbers follow.

FAQ

First disputes are filed within 48 hours. When a platform accepts a dispute, removals typically take 5-14 days. How much your rating moves depends on how many reviews qualify and how many reviews you already have, so we won't put a number on it up front.
You fill out the form with your restaurant name and city. We analyse all your reviews on Google, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats. Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed report showing which reviews can be disputed and how much your rating could improve. No obligation.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a rating. What we commit to is the work: every unfair review gets disputed, every negative review gets a professional response, and you get a monthly report showing exactly what was filed, what was removed, and where your rating stands.
Yes. We only dispute reviews that violate the platform's own published policies – for example, Deliveroo explicitly removes reviews that focus on delivery or courier issues rather than food quality.
Uber Eats requires that disputes are submitted by the restaurant directly through their Merchant Portal. We prepare the evidence and guide you through the process – you click the button.
Yes. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. You tell us and the subscription stops at the end of the paid month.
For Deliveroo and Just Eat review responses – yes, we'll need Partner Hub access. For Uber Eats – no, we work alongside you. We sign an NDA and data processing agreement with every client.
